Plots, luxury detached houses, impressive apartments, modern penthouses, and standalone maisonettes in beautiful locations.

The area of Nea Erythraia is located in the northern sector of Attica and has a rich history, having been founded by Greek refugees who settled in Kifisia following the Asia Minor Catastrophe. These refugees came from the Erythraia Peninsula in Asia Minor.
As part of an urban resettlement initiative, the first homes appeared in the area in 1925, when 152 acres of land were expropriated and allocated among 364 families for development. Today, Nea Erythraia has evolved into a beautiful, green, and well-developed suburb of Athens, offering a wide range of activities as well as a thriving business community. The area is home to a highly active local community that contributes to the town’s vibrant daily and social life.
A wide range of facilities have been developed for residents, including the Nea Erythraia Cultural Center, whose activities place the area on the cultural map of the region. The Villa Konsta complex, a beautiful restored stone building, is also a popular meeting point for residents of all ages and has been designed to encourage artistic expression through education and entertainment, offering a variety of activities throughout the year.
Beyond cultural activities, Nea Erythraia also offers opportunities for sports and recreation, with the Nea Erythraia Municipal Sports Organization providing a football field and an indoor sports hall. The area is also home to numerous sports clubs catering to a wide range of sports and interests.
Residents also remain connected to their heritage, and in 1992 the Folklore Museum of the Association of Asia Minor Greeks of Nea Erythraia was founded. This carefully maintained and renovated museum houses historical artifacts from various regions of Asia Minor.
Nea Erythraia is now part of the Municipality of Kifisia and, according to the General Urban Plan, comprises the Settlement Area, the Nationalists and War Disabled Area, the Kastri–Politeia Area, and the Mortero Area. Over the past decade, construction activity has increased in the Kastri area, as well as in Mortero following its inclusion in the city plan.
The Politeia area is also particularly well known, forming a neighborhood in the eastern part of Nea Erythraia. It is an elegant, beautiful, and green area, characterized by distinctive urban planning inspired by English standards.
The area is primarily residential, featuring luxurious and aesthetically refined homes, and is home to many prominent figures from the worlds of politics, the arts, academia, and business. The central square features shops and cafés, while the area also offers a primary school, an indoor municipal sports hall, and an outdoor municipal swimming pool. For additional amenities and services, residents can also enjoy the neighboring beautiful areas, with Politeia bordering Kefalari to the east, the forested slopes of Mount Penteli to the north, and the Kastri neighborhood to the west.
